No, the Text Global platform(s) are accessed online by logging into your account. All you need is a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device to access your account from anywhere with an internet connection. SMS Platform login can be found here: –
Simply login and click the ‘Communication’ speech bubble in the top left corner. Click ‘Create Broadcast’ and select a channel like SMS, Email, Voice or RCS.
The Text Global platform is so intuitive and easy to use, most of our customers don’t require any training. Our downloadable user guide has step-by-step instructions and the platform is packed full of useful hints and tips. Alternatively, feel free to explore our platform video tutorials. Text Global do not charge our customers to set-up an account, it’s completely free of charge. The only thing you pay for is SMS, Email, Voice or RCS text credits.
Data can be imported from an Excel, CSV or txt file. Creating custom attributes and mapping the data accordingly. Alternatively, simply use our API or many application plug-ins to feed data in real-time to the platform.
Yes, using the ‘Flows’ tool you can create automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys. Contacts can enter the flow via an API, WebSDK event or a change in the contacts details.
To make things easier for you, Text Global accept online credit/debit card payments and PayPal. Alternatively, customers have the option to pay via BACS transfer or setup a Direct Debit. Most of our clients prefer to pre-pay and pay as they go, but some prefer a post pay credit account. We can accommodate both!
All communications sent via our Enterprise Platform whether it be an SMS text, Email, RCS, WhatsApp or Voice message have the option to unsubscribe via a STOP keyword, URL link or Reply function.
