Customer Responsibilities

By using Text Global’s services, you agree not to send spam and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR and PECR). In particular, you must ensure that:

  • You have obtained clear, informed consent from recipients before sending marketing messages
  • All message content is accurate and not misleading in any way
  • The purpose of the message and any offer or service is clearly communicated
  • The sender (your business or organisation) is clearly identified in each message
  • Recipients are provided with a clear and simple way to opt out of future communications

Enforcement of This Policy

Text Global actively monitors compliance with this policy. If we identify, or reasonably suspect, a breach:

  • Sending privileges may be immediately suspended
  • Accounts may be restricted or temporarily frozen while the issue is investigated
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination without refund

We reserve the right to take these actions without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm or ensure compliance.

Reporting Spam or Abuse

If you receive a message that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us. When submitting a report, include:

  • Your mobile number
  • The date and time the message was received
  • The content of the message
