Cash ASAP is a direct lender offering a secure and hassle-free way to access small amounts of cash without any hidden costs. They provide customers with payday loans or instalment loans, which can help bridge your income and expenditure until payday or cover unexpected financial difficulties such as payment for medical treatment, household bills, car repairs or other unforeseen expenses.
Challenge
What were they struggling with & what they looked to achieve
Cash ASAP send their customer’s a One Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS text to complete their loan application. The SMS text needs to be received instantly and needs to be running 24/7. Over the years Cash ASAP had used a few different SMS text suppliers but had never received the level of service and reliability they wanted. Issues had occurred with slow delivery of the SMS text messages and downtime of service. Furthermore, it was a painstaking process to keep their account topped up with SMS credits to ensure continuity of sent messages.
Approach
What we did to get the client setup
Text Global setup Cash ASAP up on our Enterprise Platform and access to our API documentation. Within just a couple of hours the client had sent successful test messages.
We setup automated alerts via Email and SMS text to notify the client when their SMS credit balance falls below 4,000 SMS credits.
Cash ASAP were assigned a dedicated account manager that receives a daily report of the accounts they manage. Keeping an eye on low credit balances and pro-actively contacting the client to order more.
Cash ASAP were setup on our direct UK routes with average delivery speeds of just 10 seconds to handset. And uptime of service of 99.9% as per our SLA agreement.
Results
Since Cash ASAP partnered with Text Global 5 years ago, they have never run out of SMS credits. Maintaining continuity of service to their customers. In addition, there has been no outage of service to the client. As a result, Cash ASAP have streamlined payment processes and they have peace of mind that their customers can complete their loan applications effectively.
